Remake/Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us by filling out our support ticket. Remakes are processed immediately. DO NOT submit a new order through ROES as credit will not be given. An order is only eligible for a remake within 30 days of the order date. If you alter a product after you receive it, we cannot offer free reprinting of that product or a full refund.

All prints are sent to the printers ‘as is’. We do not make any color or density adjustments to the images before printing. MpixPro orders are not eligible for reprinting if the issue is related to color or density. Having problems with color? Learn more

Damaged Order

We package every order as carefully as possible to withstand courier handling. If you receive damaged prints from courier damage, notify us immediately. DO NOT submit a new order through ROES as credit will not be given. Fill out a support ticket within 10 days so that we may replace your prints immediately. Damage claims will be filed by MpixPro.

Please make sure you include the following to avoid delays in processing a damaged/remake order.

  1. The order number
  2. The file name and item number which is printed on the back of each photograph. It will say 'Item' and then a number will follow.
  3. A detailed description of the issue

Cancel/Update/Combine Orders

Orders enter immediately into our production systems upon upload completion; because of this we are not able to cancel, update or combine orders. However, you may cancel your ROES upload if the order is still being uploaded on your computer in the ROES program. If the upload says ‘completed’, we are unable to stop the order from printing.

Online Security

MpixPro has privacy measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected on line. Access to data is limited to authorized MpixPro staff members, and is further restricted by password protection mechanisms. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and may be updated on a regular basis to ensure strong data collection. By default, all orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL.

Customer Service Hours

MpixPro customer service operates via email support only, for your convenience and also to allow for faster support. Emails are answered very quickly, often within minutes. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8am until 8pm Central Standard Time.
