Unfortunately, no. Orders enter immediately into our production systems upon upload completion; because of this we are not able to cancel, update or combine orders. However, you may cancel your ROES upload if the order is still being uploaded on your computer in the ROES program. If the upload says ‘completed’, we are unable to stop the order from printing.

In most cases if we receive standard photographic print orders by 11:00AM CST they should ship out the same day. Please know that Press, Fine Art, Specialty, Finishing services and mixing paper types within the same order take additional processing time. Domestic FedEx delivery service ensures when an order is shipped (not placed) it will be delivered on the next business day (Monday-Friday). Canadian delivery is 1-2 business days. Saturday delivery is not available. MpixPro has no way to guarantee shipping or delivery times. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. However, during the holidays some orders can take longer than others depending on the incoming volume, size, paper type, etc.
